A história é sobre um protagonista chamado Senou Natsuru que é obrigado a participar de um torneio contra outras pessoas. Tudo começa quando Natsume acorda e percebe que virou mulher. Ao olhar para o espelho, surge o boneco que ganhou de sua amiga que diz que Natsuru foi escolhido para ser o Kämpfer (guerreiro em alemão). Agora, ele terá que lutar contra outros Kämpfers espalhados pelo mundo.
