Quando a celebridade nacional Kusakabe Yuka se aposenta repentinamente do show business deixou o mundo chocado e devastou o adolescente Hata Kosaku. Kosaku era o maior fã de Yuka e sua partida deixou ele deprimido. Seus colegas de classe no Colégio Agropecuário de Tamo finalmente conseguiram fazer ele sair do quarto e ir para a escola, mas para a admiração de todos, Kusakabe Yuka (seu nome artístico), vem para a escola sob o nome de Kinoshita Ringo, como aluna transferida. Kosaku percebe que tem uma chance única na vida de tentar conhecer pessoalmente essa garota dos sonhos e juntos de seus amigos, tenta descobrir por que ela está aqui e acabam se tornando mais do que colegas de classe.
